Senior Pastor Plummer & Lorraine Bailor have provided pastoral leadership at Brentwood Foursquare Church since September of 2002. Along with the rest of the leadership team and congregation their goal is be a church were God's love for all is proclaimed and Jesus Christ is celebrated as Lord.

Pastor Plummer is originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa and has been living the USA since 1989. In 1993, he received a call to ministry at a new church start in Harrisburg, PA called Harambee United Church of Christ. In 1999, he relocated to the state of Maryland and got involved with another new church start, Greenbelt Foursquare Church where he served as the Assistant Pastor for 2 ½ years.

Pastor Lorraine was born in Barbados in the West Indies and migrated with her family to the United States at an early age.She is a retired veteran of the United States Army Reserve after over 18 years of service.

Before getting married and joining her husband in ministry at the Greenbelt Foursquare Church, Pastor Lorraine was actively involved in hosting and producing women's workshops and seminars through an organization she founded - Positive Women of Praise & Virtue. She also served as a licensed minister at the Spirit of Faith Christian Center in Temple Hills, MD,
